Home owner and/or property owner (first and last name indicated below) hereby grants Studio (Philip Slowiak Photography) and its representatives permission to access the property indicated below in the “Address” section for the purpose of capturing still images, 3D virtual reality content, and video files. Studio may also operate and fly a drone over the property in order to carry out these processes.
Studio retains copyright ownership to any and all created content, and shall reserve the right to use the content created in Studio's portfolio, studio samples, self-promotions, instructional purposes, editorial use and on any social media platform. Any such use will be judicious and consistent with the highest standards of taste and judgment. Studio agrees to use discretion in concealing personal information such as names or full addresses.
